another day in paradise

On the way to work, Central line to West London, the gates of the tube station were temporarily closed due to overcrowded platforms. Finally in the train, I could hardly raise my arm to take a picture, so packed. 
Poor souls who have to pass through these tunnels of hell every morning. I usually prefer to cycle.

Love Weekend Mornings

Saturday morning going for fresh baguette and croissants at La Bouche on Broadway Market. People with authentic french accent serve and I can always find a smile there ;) 
It's a pleasant short walk and Regent's Canal shines in the cold morning sun.

Shooting rockets from Regent's Canal into the sky. Got the rockets from Lidl, the best and one of the few places in London to buy nice fireworks before NYE. 

We love fish.

hab Johanna's Tipp befolgt und die brandneue Schuhabteilung in Selfridges aufgesucht. Wer dort nicht fündig wird, muss wohl weiter Birkenstock tragen.

Shopping in Brick Lane

Brick Lane, überraschend gut für Shopping, etwas abgefahrener und etwas günstiger als sonstwo, beides gut, Fotos aus einem Laden, der junge, noch unbekannte Designer führt (hab nur die niedlichen Sachen aufgenommen), hab selber ein Kleid und T-Shirt erstanden :-)
